About Wealthreach
Wealthreach helps financial advisory firms grow their business online using cutting-edge AI technology. The team runs its pipeline in HubSpot and contracts monthly through Stripe.
Challenge: Closing deals took many manual steps across quoting and billing
Closing a deal meant building the paperwork from scratch. Someone on the team pulled the terms off the CRM record and typed them into a Dropbox Sign template, then built a separate Stripe payment link for the same deal. The customer got both at once — a contract to sign and a link to pay. And Wealthreach had to stay on top of collecting both. All those steps meant plenty of time was spent on backoffice work, not selling.
"Until we met the Finrite team, there was a lot of painful work that happened when we finalized deals. We had to manually type up order forms from CRM data, move over deal stages when they were signed and then key payment details into Stripe. All this work was a giant pain for our team - literally hours per week."
Even after signature, the work wasn't done — deal stages had to be moved by hand in HubSpot, and payment details keyed into Stripe before billing could start. That made a simple investor question hard to answer fast: how much ARR is actually about to land, when it takes checking three systems to know what's sent, what's signed-but-unpaid, and what's paid.
Why Finrite: automation without a migration
Wealthreach had just finished moving its pipeline onto HubSpot and had no appetite for ripping out Stripe or the CRM to fix this. The team looked at HubSpot's own revenue tooling first, but it assumed every deal was simple and uniform — and Wealthreach's pricing, discounts, and eventual usage-based thresholds weren't going to stay that way. They needed a system with more room to customize as the product evolved.
Finrite fit because it installed on top of what Wealthreach already had: quoting inside HubSpot, subscriptions still created in Stripe, nothing to migrate.
"The best part is we didn't need to change any of our tools or existing processes - Finrite's setup lets us work directly out of our CRM, while continuing to use Stripe the way we did before. The Finrite team worked with our stack and had us up and running in no time."
Direct access to the team mattered too. HubSpot's revenue suite meant filing a ticket and waiting; Finrite meant a message to the founders. As Joseph put it, "we can't email HubSpot" — but Wealthreach can message Finrite and get an answer on pricing, Stripe, or a product tweak the same day.
Life with Finrite: one flow from quote to cash
Today the process runs itself, end to end:
- Reps work the deal in HubSpot — products, discounts and terms stay on the deal record, updated live as the deal moves.
- Finrite builds the order form straight from that deal data — no retyping, no separate template.
- Customers sign and set up payment in one step, instead of juggling a contract and a separate Stripe link.
- The Stripe subscription is created automatically once the deal hits the right pipeline stage, and signed and paid statuses write back to HubSpot.
"I'm super grateful we met the Finrite team who have made the entire quote-to-cash process for Wealthreach something that is now fully automated and takes just minutes."
The investor-update problem solved itself along the way. Because signed and paid statuses now live on the HubSpot deal, Wealthreach can see its whole revenue funnel — sent, signed-not-yet-paid, paid — without leaving the CRM, which is exactly what its monthly ARR forecasts need.
"If you're a startup that's dealing with scattered manual workflows across your order forms, CRM and invoicing system, I'd strongly recommend you have a chat with them!"
